2. What data we process

We process personal data only to the extent the site requires:

• Contact form (/yhteys): your name, email address and the content of your message when you submit the form.
• Technical logs: the hosting environment automatically records standard technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to keep the site working and secure.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Handling enquiries and booking requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and/or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Operating, maintaining and securing the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Loading the Spotify player and its cookies. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Recipients and processors

We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — the technical platform and hosting environment.
• Resend — email delivery of contact-form messages.
• Behold — displaying the Instagram feed on the site.
• Spotify — the embedded player, which loads only with your consent.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers (e.g. Vercel and Resend) are based in the United States. Any transfers rely on EU-approved safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

6. Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and deleted within a reasonable time afterwards. Technical logs are kept briefly for security purposes.

7. Cookies

This site uses no first-party tracking or analytics cookies. The only non-essential third-party content is the Spotify player, which sets cookies only after you explicitly consent. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site’s data in your browser, after which you will be asked again.

Visitor numbers are measured with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views and performance metrics) without cookies and without identifying you. Because this measurement stores nothing on your device and does not process personal data in an identifiable way, it does not require separate consent.

In Finland, cookie use is supervised by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom).

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”)
• restrict or object to processing
• data portability
• withdraw consent at any time

9. Right to complain
